How It Works

Step 1 - Schedule an initial one on one consultation with the Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to review your goals and receive initial script for labs which will evaluate hormones, thyroid and metabolic health.

Step 2 -Get labs drawn and schedule follow up visit

Step 3- Transform your life with a customized plan based on your lab results, goals and needs. A customized plan can include thyroid optimization, peptide therapy, prescription medications, BHRT & nutrition guidance

The first month is all about establishing a baseline and getting started. During this month we’ll talk about your goals, evaluate labs and develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs. The initial objective is to understand where you are, what is holding you back, and to start changing small habits one at a time.
